Ryan and I have compatible taste, but we definitely like different looks. I think he’d be happiest in a home design by Frank Lloyd Wright, and I’d be happy in an English manor decorated with Palm Beach vintage and great-grandma’s velvet settee.
So when I find a piece of furniture that combines our aesthetic into one, you know it’s on the wishlist! The new Piedmont collection at Bungalow 5 is that Palm Beach crossed with midcentury modern that has my brain a-tickin’.
And so I felt the need to pull together a fantasy room with our favorite Piedmont piece . Probably not something Ryan would feel at home in, or that we could ever afford, but one that makes my designy heart happy.
