“I enlisted Maggie for her design skills almost immediately after my new boyfriend, upon seeing my bedroom for the first time, said “I love it, it looks so college!” I’m 25 years old and was about three years out of college at the time, so I decided it was time for an update. I told Maggie that I wanted to have a bedroom that was classy and grown-up, and after a consult and some photos, a shopping trip, and a couple of small projects, I’m really, really happy with it. I’ve since moved out of the bedroom that Maggie designed earlier this year into my first apartment on my own. It’s a studio, so the setup isn’t exactly the same, but I loved everything in my old room so much that I’ve done by best to keep everything set up, hung, and placed the same way.
