Just before Thanksgiving, I wrapped up (mostly!) with a client over in West Seattle. This homeowner is a bachelor with simple and modern taste, who purchased a beachfront condo and had to furnish nearly from scratch. He snapped a few pictures a couple weeks ago, so I thought I’d share what I’ve been working on!

Since these photos we’ve also added some window treatments (light-filtering shades), and he’s waiting for a few items still to be delivered, and choosing some art, as well as mounting a TV above the fireplace where the art currently hangs. We also moved two of the dining chairs to the island. So this isn’t QUITE finished, but you get a good idea of the main living space.

We also furnished the dining area (seen in the background) a bedroom, a guest/media room, and an outdoor patio for grilling, eating, and lounging. It was a fun project, especially to help all the rooms coordinate and flow from one end of the home to the other. Hopefully I can get more photos to show you down the road!
