Look what was waiting on our porch when we got home last night!
Any guesses what it is for? I’ve been waiting anxiously for it to arrive for two weeks! And I LOVE it in person. Yay! Can’t wait to show you what I have planned!
P.S. This is just a portion of the yardage, not the whole thing.

I LOVE that fabric!! Where did you get it?
It’s gorgeous! Can’t wait to see how the project turns out!
Gorgeous! And yes, where DID you get it?
I say it’s going to be a slipcover?
I find the idea of ordering fabric online a little nerve-wracking. Did you order a sample first to be sure the colors and texture were what you wanted?
Deanna & Katie,
I ordered the fabric from Premier Fabrics, as they have a great selection of inexpensive fabrics (http://www.premierprintsfabric.com/). I didn’t order a sample first because I was too impatient! But I actually did order other swatches that arrived with this order for referencing for another future project. I’d seen this print used before and was fairly certain I’d like it, plus I’m not matching the colors to anything. Luckily it all turned out fine, but it’s always a good idea to get a swatch first – especially if you’re spending a lot of money! xo Maggie
Lemme guess… you’re making Ryan a suit?
I’m so excited to see what you do with it- it’s so fun and vibrant!
I’ve always liked that print but can’t think of how I’d use it in my house – so I’m looking forward to seeing what you do.
I didn’t realize you could buy Premier Print fabric directly from them. I’ve bought it from Fabric.com several times though – they have it (slightly) cheaper, and if you buy $35 you get free shipping. Plus they almost always have coupons (retailmenot.com). But the Premier Prints site looks like it has a broader selection.
Kai,
Good to know they carry it at Fabric.com too! I’ve always found that site to be hard for browsing, personally, but the deals on shipping may be tempting enough to sway me! Thanks for the tip! Maggie
Wow! I LOVE that fabric! Those colors are great!
